The mission of the Murray-Calloway
County Hospital Compliance Department is to fight waste, fraud
and abuse and to ensure ethical and legal practices through
monitoring, reporting and auditing.
Murray-Calloway County Hospital's Corporate Compliance Program
has been built upon the organization's core values. The program
assists the organization in fulfilling its mission of providing
quality health services in a caring and cost effective manner in
an atmosphere that recognizes responsibility to conduct business
affairs with integrity, based upon sound ethical and legal

The Corporate Compliance Department strives to foster a
cooperative work environment of high ethical standards and to
help promote full compliance with laws, regulations, and
policies. The Corporate Compliance Department reports to the
Chief Executive Officer of Murray-Calloway County Hospital and
the Board of Trustees. The Corporate Compliance Program is an
element of MCCH's continuing effort to improve quality and
