Murray-Calloway County Hospital's Corporate Compliance Program has been built upon the organization's core values. The program assists the organization in fulfilling its mission of providing quality health services in a caring and cost effective manner in an atmosphere that recognizes responsibility to conduct business affairs with integrity, based upon sound ethical and legal standards.

The Corporate Compliance Department strives to foster a cooperative work environment of high ethical standards and to help promote full compliance with laws, regulations, and policies. The Corporate Compliance Department reports to the Chief Executive Officer of Murray-Calloway County Hospital and the Board of Trustees. The Corporate Compliance Program is an element of MCCH's continuing effort to improve quality and performance.
